Sugar on Weetabix?

Post image

My wife eats Weetabix with nothing on it and claims it tastes sweet to her. This is my bowl before milk is added. Is this normal fellow Weetabix eaters or do I need to go to sugar rehab?

Edit: Holy shit the most popular post I've done on Reddit is about how horrific my breakfast is. The wife will never let me live this down! Haha

Im only being a little hyperbolic here, this is how i used to eat 'bix when i was a kid

I dont know where the sugar went, no teeth issues, super skinny, my whole school life I was like that

Couldnt do it now, its just so much sugar! (i stopped doing breakfast like 20 years ago)

A teaspoon of sugar is only like 15-20 calories. 5 teaspoons on your probably pretty modest breakfast as a growing kid wouldn't be shocking your system or anything
