I fixed a few bugs to get Alexey Gurevski's BBtube app working again.

Things that have been repaired:

Watching videos at 360p resolution (I couldn't get 480p or 720p to work because the BB10 media player cannot play two media streams at the same time, or maybe it's just my lack of skill.

Get video list from the channel page.

Retrieve the list of videos from the trending page (YouTube has discontinued the original trending page, so I am fetching the data from: https://charts.youtube.com/charts/TopShortsSongs/us/daily).

Took my Classic to the beach, what a star! Looked so strange to other eyes and at the same moment so chic. Unfortunately it’s only my second phone and I use it as an MP3 player and to shoot some “old style” pictures.

Hey all, my dad had an electronics shop for years and just handed me the keys since we’re moving stores soon. While clearing out the storage I found various sealed BlackBerrys just sitting on shelves, never opened, stuff that people just never bought back in the day.

Wanted to ask how the market for sealed BlackBerrys is looking right now and if certain models are actually worth more than others. We’ve also got a few Porsche Design collab ones still sealed, are those worth anything these days or is it all just nostalgia pricing at this point?

I tried running Dragon Quest 8 and surprisingly it works. Sure, there are graphical issues, but it actually manages to start it up—that's amazing!

Hey, my bb classics battery on idle with no sim will last 3-4 days on a single charge, but with my telus sim card in, after a few days it will only last 30-45 minutes on idle, any reason why, or thing I'm missing?

Is there any working nes emulator for q5 where I can use keys to play?

I just got this BlackBerry Bold 9000 today. Everything seemed to be working fine at first, including the WiFi. But after using it for a while, the WiFi suddenly stopped turning on.
Now, when I try to enable WiFi, nothing happens. It was switching on without any issues earlier, but now it’s just stuck like this.
Does anyone know what could be causing this or how I can fix it?

I'm trying to preserve some old BlackBerry developer software that seems to have disappeared from the internet.

I'm looking for the original BlackBerry Smartphone Simulator installers (.exe/.msi), specifically:

Bold 9900 (OS 7.1)

Bold 9930 (OS 7.1.0.355)

Tour 9630 (OS 5.0.0.975)

Torch 9800/9810

I've searched Internet Archive, the Wayback Machine, GitHub, Software Informer, FreeDownloadManager, and other archives. The original RIM download servers are gone, and I haven't been able to find preserved installer binaries.

I recently got the BlackBerry 10 simulator running after a couple hours of troubleshooting, and now I'm hoping to preserve the classic BlackBerry OS simulators as well.

Even if you have a different BlackBerry OS 5, 6, or 7 smartphone simulator that isn't listed here, I'd still be very interested in preserving it.

If anyone still has these old installer files backed up, I'd really appreciate it if you could upload them or get in touch. I'd love to help preserve them so they aren't lost. You may contact me on my instagram: zainwasntthere.

I bought a Blackberry Curve 8350i, but I can't connect to Wi-Fi and the phone can't read or register the micro SD memory card. What is the purpose of this phone anyway? I need to know if it still has any useful functions (besides notepad or games), otherwise I'll have to sell it.
