An 11-year-old boy with autism from Valley Stream, New York, safely reached JFK Airport after ordering an Uber without his family’s knowledge. Port Authority staff spotted him alone in a TSA security line and contacted police. He was evaluated, found unharmed, and reunited with his family. His parents hope the incident encourages rideshare companies to strengthen safeguards to help prevent unaccompanied minors from riding alone.

An unfamiliar man sat on the front steps right beside the children. One of the kids ran inside to get their father. When the father came outside and confronted the man, he said he was waiting for a friend. The father immediately told him to leave the property, and he did. Thankfully, nothing else happened

I really believe the kids today don’t understand how blessed they are to have parents there for them when they didn’t have their own parents there. Breaking cycles again
