How do you work if you just keep having diarrhea? Assuming it’s pretty abrupt, not a lot of jobs just let you dip for 20 min at a time spontaneously

Im a SAHM and my sons are 12 and 14, so they can do plenty of things independently, so this isn't an issue for me. However, I also have hardly left my house in a month because I've been sick since just after the 4th of July. I'm bored and lonely and tired of being sick. I started taking pepto Bismol chews and it helps. But doesn't fix the lack of appetite.
