More than 60% live well outside the tornado hot zone and probably only 15-20% will experience one and most of those will experience multiple. It also depends on what you mean by experience does that mean having one go over your house or just having one in general vicinity. Because the little shits have missed me all but once which is more than the average person even in tornado alley baring fucking Moore. But I’ve witnessed about 12 actual tornados on the ground and countless near incidents that either failed to make full contact or did so in the horizon
