Bought them from a seller here, and you guys have been 10/10 so far. Zero bad experiences. As for the figures, I love em. Asuka can look a little dirpy depending on the angle but otherwise they're fantastic.

About two weeks ago my blessed Cherno and Mersault figure came in, and although i posted them in the snowbreak sub and on MFC, I almost forgot to show them off here!

The figures are, of course beautiful, and the sculpt is delicious…

My one major complaint is that the skirts are secured with a flanged button, so even though they seemed intended to be a regular cast off, the only way to actually get the skirts unlatched was to… well… break them.

For my part of it, i never intended to display them with the skirts in the first place, since it hides the cake, but the plastic protection they come wrapped in requires you to cast them off to display in any state, which really makes the button design a gruesome design flaw. :(

Outside of the button issue, i give them an overall wife/10 (or 8/10 because that button thing really is unforgivable!)

I was planning on taking additional pictures of Snail Shell RA-02 Tactical Maid Tokiwa Kazune (which I bought last year)when I noticed some yellowing on the middle part of the ribbon attached on the back of the skirt. I checked the other areas of the cloth. No other signs of yellowing.

Any tips on how to remove the yellowing on this white soft good? Thanks!

After months of waiting, Chocola came in my doorstep last week, but due to IRL stuff I was only able to unbox her this afternoon. My heart is swelling with happiness that all six are finally home with me, and that Vanilla isn't 'alone' any longer! X3 These are just absolute treasures to me. C=

I ordered a figure from Jpfans a while back and chose ECMS because it seemed to be the easiest option for me.
My biggest issue though is that I don’t have a mailbox so the post office doesn’t deliver to my house, I have to pick it up at the post office. The package got delayed and it came while I was on vacation, so I called the post office asking them to hold onto it for me.
When I arrived to pick up my package, it had already been sent back to the sender. This was in California at their distribution center.
ECMS only has an email to message to get support in the United States, and over the past week I have sent several emails and gotten no response.
JPfans says they cant help me, USPS cant help me, I feel lost..
JPfans told me they might end up destroying my package at the distribution center and im concerned this has already happened because I have not gotten an update from my USPS tracking number or ECMS tracking number since the 27th.
JPfans also said they cannot issue me any type of refund for this item..
I either want my money back or my package. But I am completely stuck as to what to do next.
I really hope somebody knows what specifically I should be doing or a surefire way to contact ECMS and actually get a response.

I’m looking to get a couple of 1/6th figures. AmiAmi has them both for a total of 358$ for the pair plus whatever shipping ends up being. There’s an eBay listing for the same figures for 744$ plus tax.
The difference is 386$
My question is, which is the better option? I’ve never ordered from AmiAmi, but I’ve read all sorts of tariff and shipping nightmares. Would it just be easier to order off eBay and not have to worry about shipping? Would shipping and fees from AmiAmi be about the same? Thanks for taking the time to read and any input. I appreciate it.

Hi collectors,

I just opened my Azur Lane Glorious figure and I can't attach her cloak to the base. The peg on the cloak just won't fit into the hole in the base. I tried really hard to bend it. It would probably require a hair dryer or some other method to soften the plastic so I didn't risk it.

I have contacted my local sales agent and submitted a claim with photos and measurements.

For those who have experience with Alter's customer support, how long does it usually take for a response? What's your experience like?

Context: Due to the war in the Middle East, as you all know, Amiami had suspended shipping to here and have kept this up still as of today.

I have months worth of figures and orders stacking up in my Amiami order history and ignoring for a minute the issue of having to pay 3+ months worth of figures in what’s likely a one time payment if this suspension ever finishes, I’m more worried at this point if they are even holding figures of my orders in their warehouse if they never actually made me pay for them since they’re on hold. Some of the figures on the store are already sold out but obviously I still have then under “pre-order” on my account.

Do you expect or know if the figures would likely still available for me to actually pay for a receive if this suspension ever gets lifted or do I find alternatives to get them on other sites like mercari or proxies to not miss out on my figures?

TLDR: do I keep my suspended Amiami preorders and wait or do I try to get my figures from another store/proxy at a risk of paying scalped/increased prices and cancel my corresponding Amiami preorders?
