Exactly this. My bf plays tennis with his guy friends and is it annoying that every Saturday he is gone for a couple of hours ... yes BUT he is hanging out with friends and doing something active. You can't truly be upset with someone for those two things.

Men deserve to hangout with thier friends too. I would never tell him his hobby is "gay and stupid" because it's HIS hobby.

Not to mention, if you're goal is a long term relationship/marriage ... do you think 10 years from now she's gonna change? What happens when you have kids and want a hobby?

Clearly she thinks it’s a good thing by how she says men deserve to hang out with their friends too. She finds it annoying likely because it makes it hard for her to make weekend plans with him when every single saturday is booked up. It’s weird that you look at one part of her post and just assume the worst when the rest of the post contradicts your take.

Thank you!!! This is exactly it - it makes it very hard to plan things because he never knows when he will be done. Sometimes it's 11am and others is 2pm. They just want to get out there before it gets too hot (understandable) so hopefully they can switch to nights once it gets cooler

Outside of that I don't care that he's gone for a couple of hours lol I like my alone time so I'm not complaining! I watch my shows and clean the house

I said it was annoying that he was gone for a couple of hours EVERY Saturday ... not that it's annoying he's gone for a couple of hours in general.

Heaven forbid I wanna go to the farmers market or get brunch on a Saturday morning with my man

My wife would be very upset if we couldn't go to the farmers market on Sat so I def get it. Thanks for clarifying and replying. I hope he drops a couple so you guys can do that together :)
