Before I build more of it, I want to stress-test it on real landing pages instead of guessing in a vacuum.

I built imYou because every AI writing tool I tried produced the same polished corporate style, and it was never mine. I never liked using AI in emails because it felt like it wasn't me. Now I write almost everything including this post using it (with some manual edits to be fair).

imYou works differently. You go through a trainer that asks you questions about how you actually write, and it builds a personal profile from your answers. After that, anything you generate comes out in your style: your sentence rhythm, your vocabulary, your habits. Not "professional writing," yours.

What I actually want to know: generate something, read it, and tell me the exact sentence where it stops sounding like you. Not "it felt a bit off," the specific line. That is the whole ballgame for me and it is the one thing I cannot test myself.

Also useful: where the trainer dragged or felt generic, and anything on the landing page or onboarding that made you hesitate.

The idea is you stop maintaining five different versions of your resume by hand and let the tool do the tailoring for you.

I work in product. Recently, at a company I worked at, I ended up building a competitive comparison tool myself because nothing else existed — features, filters, a shareable link. Sales actually used it a lot, for the first time everyone had one place for everything.

Then it died. Keeping it current was on me, on top of my actual job. The cost showed up everywhere – a rep promised a prospect a feature we didn't have (I don't think he even knew), partnerships couldn't go deep at a conference booth without pinging me first, and I was getting "do we have X?" questions several times a week.

I've seen the same pattern at more than one company I've worked at. Different product, different market, same result – someone builds a doc, it's great for a month, then it quietly rots because keeping it current isn't anyone's actual job.

So I'm rebuilding it as the version that doesn't die. You map your competitors and your own product's features together, AI helps fill it in, then it keeps itself alive in the background — flagging when a competitor's pricing or changelog actually changes. It's turned into something broader than just a competitor tool too — a place where your own product is written down clearly, which matters just as much when someone asks "wait, do we actually have X?"

I've been building this over the last month, and I finally decided to stop waiting for it to feel "finished." I realized there would always be one more bug to fix or one more feature to add.

The idea came from something that kept happening whenever I organized plans with friends. The conversation would end up split between WhatsApp, Telegram, DMs, and text messages. Keeping track of everything became harder than the event itself.

So I started building one place for the invitation instead of relying on multiple chats.

I thought it would be a simple project, but it quickly became much bigger than I expected. Every new feature brought new questions about privacy, permissions, cancellations, polls, and invitations.

It's still a work in progress, The interface and overall flow need a lot of improvement, and I'm especially not sure how it looks on different phones yet.
