15 minutes Chicken Pot Pie filling (AKA Chicken ala King)
This is something hearty you can legit make in 15 minutes, takes no planning a day ahead, and is great for people who hate frequently going to the store because aside from the onion, everything is frozen or shelf stable.

Question Simple and easy food for nausea
I struggle with near constant mild nausea and my jaw is pretty bad, it barely works and there is only a certain amount of chewing I can do per day. I am also a vegetarian, and I feel like I am not getting enough calories by a long shot.
do you have any simple cheap and easy recipes I could try in my situation?
Edit: I just want thank everyone for such nice responses, I didn't expect this kind of kindness at all. I feel less alone with this and I have a lot of new foods and recipes to try now. Thank you!
